            <p>Nach einem Studium der Architektur  schloss er  im Jahr 1976 seine Diplomarbeit mit dem Thema „Entwicklung von  mittelstädtischen Gemeindezentren“ ab. 
            Seit 1981 ist er <i>Mitglied der Bayerischen Architektenkammer</i>, seit 1992 <i>Mitglied im Verband Deutscher Architekten (VDA)</i>.

            <p>Mit mehr als 20 Jahren Berufserfahrung als angestellter Projectmanager beim Corps of Engineers Washington, (EUROPE Division Frankfurt),
            der METRO AG, (BSV, Hannover,   METRO Real Estate Management Sp.z o.o., Warschau), 
            machte er sich im Jahr 2000 selbstständig und gründete das Büro BCI. Aufträge aus Deutschland, Italien, Polen, Katar, und den 				Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten folgten schnell.</p>

<p>Alfons J. M&uuml;hlrath, P. E., License Architect founder of  the company <em>“Bau-Consulting-International” (BCI)</em>,  gained in the past <i>35 years experience</i> in the field of  architecture and construction, across all phases of the real-estate cycle.</p>

<p>Working many years as employed manager for the Corps of Engineers, EUROPE Division and the METRO Real Estate Management, he founded in the year 2000 BCI at Wuerzburg, Germany.</p>

<p>Orders were taken soon from clients in Germany, Italy, Poland, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. Thanks to the expertise, BCI executed high quality standards within the contractually fixed time frames.</p>

<p>BCI´s points of main effort are Development, Consulting, Design, Construction Management, Value Engineering and Interim-Management.</p>

<p>The main area of hotel business is performed in a consortium with the company <a href="http://www.lhc-consulting.de" target)"_blank">LHC Hotel Consulting</a>. Nevertheless BCI is independent of third parties.</p></div>
