      <h3>Beginner Gymnastics Taster Courses</h3>
      <p>Looking for the perfect way to introduce your child to gymnastics?
        Our Beginner Taster Course provides a fun, structured environment where young gymnasts can develop
        key skills while exploring a variety of apparatus, including the vault, balance beam, and bars.</p>
      <p>Throughout the course, participants will work towards earning their first Gymnastics Certificate and Badge
        within the first three weeks—an exciting milestone in their gymnastics journey!</p>

      <h2>Gymnasts with Experience<br>wanting to trial with COPGC</h2>
      <p>If you are an existing experienced gymnast or you have taken a break and are wanting to
        get back in to gymnastics and join COPGC - please email complete the

      <h2>Start Gymnastics at Preston</h2>
      <p>City of Preston Gymnastics Club are preparing for the next competition season and are opening up additional spaces for students.
      <p>Is your child any of the below... they will likely make a great gymnast!</p>

        <li>always on the go </li>
        <li>strong and can pull their body weight easily</li>
        <li>flexible </li>
        <li>always hanging upside down on things or flipping off things!</li>
        <li>doesn't often sit still!</li>
      </ul>
      <p>They sound like they should be gymnasts! Sign them up to Gymnastics Lessons and channel that energy.

      <h3>Development/Advanced Classes</h3>
      <p>Development squad boys with previous experience (require trials email <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a> to book).</p>
      <p>Competitive boys with competition experience and progressing towards tumbling skills ages 6-8 years email <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a> to book trial.</p>
      <p>Development gymnasts girls ages 5-7 with experience training over 2 hours per week age 5+ email <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a> to book trial.
        (gymnasts that train under 2 hours join our beginner taster course and we will move your child up quickly if the coaches find they are above the class level).</p>
      <p>Competitive level girls with experience training over 7 hours per week age 5+ email <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a> to book trial.</p>
      <p>Adult & Child Preschool (from age 2.5 years) - all children not yet reception age go in the adult &
        child class and the coach will assess and move children who are ready for independent.</p>
      <p>Children may only go in school age classes when they are in reception or above, all preschool age children must start in adult and chid first.</p>
      <p>Development/Advanced classes - email <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a> with your child's name year of birth and their skills/experience.
        If you are not sure on the skills names but you have gymnastics videos these also help us identify a group they could trial in.</p>
