<P>人生不过眨眼，青春自有拼搏。 我们应身为太阳，初升之时不过光芒淡淡，似无与人争的力量， 但不管你在不在意，它一直在缓缓的升起， 那不起眼的光芒终会变得耀眼 让世人无法直视。</P>
<P>每一次挫折都是成功的垫脚石。从失败中汲取经验，不断调整自己的步伐，迎接更大的挑战。</P>
<P>有时候，我们会遇到挫折和困难，甚至会跌倒。但是，只要我们有一颗勇敢的心，从失败中汲取教训，就能够重新站起来，继续前行。因为失败并不可怕，可怕的是我们失去了追求成功的勇气。</P>
<P>在困难面前，如果你能够在众人都放弃时再多坚持一秒，那么，最后的胜利一定是属于你的。坚定的信念也就是获取成功的动力。成功往往是在最后一刻才蹒跚到来。因此，做任何事情，我们都不应该半途而废。</P>
<P>希望其实就在每个人心里，一个乐观的人，即使在失意灰暗的日子里，也能在黑暗中看到希望的光亮;一个悲观的人，即使是在一片大好的境况中，也担心会有无数的艰难险阻，阻拦在通向成功的路上。</P>

								超越苦难

						<P>许多了解我人生经历和现状的朋友常常对我说，佩服我乐观的人生态度，和豁达的性格。对此，我总是一笑了之。</P>
<P>对于大多数人而言，似我般经历了诸多人生磨难之后，应对一个轮椅上的残生，确乎难再找到快乐的理由了。而我，非贤非圣，自然也难以从人生的这种桎梏中跳脱。某些夜晚，我也常常会被现实的残酷及未来的渺茫所击败，不由得黯然神伤。</P>
<P>然而，那只是为数不多的一些夜晚。一觉醒来，看到窗口阳光明媚，听着窗外鸟鸣啁啾，昨夜的些许伤感便烟消云散，情绪也云淡风轻起来。世界依然完美，生活依然在继续，苦难也好，烦恼也罢，只是人生路上的一处风景。或许，这处风景有着诸般不如意，但走过了，也就走过了，没有必要总是耿耿于怀，铭记心头，让它影响了欣赏前方风景的情绪。</P>
<P>文殊菩萨对他的弟子开示说：有一个制作陶器的人，用同一种泥制造了许多陶器，用同一种火来烧制这些陶器，他采用的是同一种工艺同一种材质，烧出了同样的陶器，然而，这些陶器的作用去各不相同，有的被用来装蜂蜜，而有的却被用来当了尿罐。</P>
<P>完全相同的一件器具，其结果何以相差如此?其原因不外乎使用者不一样，使用的方式不一样。</P>
<P>苦难之于人生亦然。很多人把苦难真的当成了苦难，终日徘徊其中不肯走出。于是，旧的苦难还未曾化解，新的苦难又接踵而来，苦难越积越厚，越积越重，最后，便积成一座大山压在了这些人的脊梁上。(励志名言)结果，要么被这座山压死，要么就背着这座山走下去，直到压垮，趴在原地，再难挪动分毫。</P>
<P>相反，有的人却把苦难当成一种磨砺，当成一种智慧的提炼，当成一种对人生的启悟，他经过苦难，然后从中走出，从而看到了一片湛蓝的天空。</P>
<P>这个世界有太多不如意在等着我们，刚刚送走了感情的烦恼，又迎来了孩子的困扰;刚刚闯过了住房的关口，又踏进了工作的迷城。生活似乎永远动荡不安，人生似乎处处皆是烦恼，我们揪住一道伤口不放，自怜自艾不休，不肯给它愈合的机会。那样，只能换回更多的伤口加诸己身，直到有一天，血流尽了，对疼痛的忍耐也到了极限，要么疯掉，要么死亡。</P>
<P>作为一介俗人，完全超脱或许非我们潜力所及。但是，适当的超脱却是人生务必。那是一次和解，一缕释然，一种超越，一份旷达，是生命的坚忍，是天人的交融，是生的艺术，也是活的艺术，这便是——生活。</P>
