Ранее в этом месяце мы рассказывали вам о немецком владельце VW Eos , который подал в суд к компании Volkswagen по делу Dieselgate и дожидается решения суда в надежде, что VW выкупит проданную ему машину.
Насколько мы знаем по этому делу еще идут судебные заседания, но вот только что еще по одному похожему делу было принято решение трех судей в городе Хильдесхайм, Германия.
Для самих потребителей, а также для самого владельца ЭОС, это решение однозначно может быть хорошим знаком - как и для любого другого немца, который хотел бы подать в суд на Volkswagen
Иск был подан владельцем Skoda Yeti с 2,0-литровым дизельным двигателем, который требовал от Volkswagen выкупить автомобиль за его полную стоимость, аргументируя это тем, что кроссовер ощутимо потерял в цене в связи с дизельгейтом. Судьи, рассматривающие это дело вынесли решение в пользу истца, постановив Volkswagen выплатить около 26500 евро ($ 28300) владельцу.
Но эта новость звучит гораздо лучше для потребителей, потому что судьи были настолько яростны в своем постановлении, что сравнили Dieselgate с другими возмутительными скандалами, в которых бизнес намеревался обмануть потребителей - как, например, в случае с компаний , пойманной в 2013 , которая добавляла конину в производимые ею полуфабрикаты - лазанью или как в случае, произошедшем в 1985, в котором были пойманы австрийские виноделы, подслащивающие свои вина антифризом .
