<div class="p_bg"><p> 使用率：制动电阻使用率规定了制动电阻的使用效率，以避免制动电阻过热而损坏，它会影响制动单元的制动效果。制动电阻的使用率设置越低，电阻的发热程度越小，电阻上消耗的能量越少，制动效果越差。同时，制动单元的容量也没有得到充分利用。理论上讲，制动电阻使用率为100%时，对制动单元容量的利用最充分，制动效果也最明显，然而这需要较大的制动电阻功率的代价，使用者应综合考虑。在制动电阻阻值和功率都已经确定的前提下，对于减速较慢的大惯性负载，选取较低的电阻使用率会取得较好的效果。对于需要快速停机的负载，宜选取较大制动电阻使用率。</p><p> 降额选择</p><p> 按照上述方法计算得到的制动电阻功率是足够的，根据负载性质的不同，还可以进一步降额选择。</p><p> 非重复制动</p><p> 所谓非重复制动，是指拖动系统在一个相当长的时间内只有一次减速制动过程，因此制动电阻在该段时间内只有一次消耗能量的过程，制动电阻的功率也因此可以进一步减小，减小的幅度决定于制动电阻的耐冲击能力和单次减速制动的动作时间。不考虑制动电阻耐冲击能力的因素，在非重复制动系统中；在制动时间小于10S的情况下，制动电阻的功率可选择到降额到20%以下。</p><p> 重复制动</p><p> 有些机械是需要反复制动的，如起重机械和龙门刨床等，在重复制动且制动时间较短的情况下，制动电阻的选用功率P选用与制动占空比（每次制动时间tb与每两次制动之间的时间间隔tc之比tb/tc）有近似线性关系。制动占空比越小，制动电阻功率的降额使用的幅度越大（P选用/P额越小）。</p><p> （注意：当制动时间较长且反复制动的情况下，制动电阻功率的选择应考虑留有一定的余量）。</p><p><br/></p></div>

<div class="news_txt"><p>一、电阻的介绍电阻(resistance)，在日常生活中我们经常称其为R，单位为欧姆，如果要给电阻下定义的话便为导体对电流的阻碍作用的大小，电阻是一种限流元件，导体对电流的阻碍作用大，我们便说其电阻大，反之，称其电阻小。但是电阻并不会因为导体上没有电流通过而消失，电阻是一个导体的固有属性，即便导体上没有电流流过，其电阻也是存在的，如果非要给它加个期限的话，那应该是~一万年~~</p><p>二、电阻的分类</p><p>电阻只是一个统称，对其深入了解之后会知道电阻多种多样，可以分为：</p><p>固定电阻、可变电阻、特殊电阻、 RT型碳膜电阻、RJ型金属膜电阻、RX型绕线电阻、片状电阻、大功率电阻、小功率电阻。</p><p>那么，各个种类的电阻可以起到什么作用呢?在我们的日常生活中有什么应用呢?欲知此事如何，请看下文分解~~~</p><p>三、电阻的作用一--分压</p><p>当一电阻和另一个元器件如灯泡在电路中处于串联时，流过电阻和灯泡的电流相同，而电阻和灯泡各自的电压之和等于电阻和灯泡作为整体时两端的总电压。此时，该电阻起到分压的作用。</p><p>四、电阻的作用二--分流</p><p>当一电阻和另一元器件如灯泡在电路中处于并联时，电阻两端电压和灯泡两端电压相同，而流过电阻的电流与流过灯泡的电流之和等于流过电阻和灯泡的总电流。此时，该电阻起到分流的作用。</p><p>五、电阻的作用三--阻抗匹配</p><p>阻抗匹配指的是在信号的传输过程中，为了得到最大功率输出的一种工作状态，而采用一些方法使得负载阻抗与激励源内部阻抗相互适配的过程。而其方法之一就是通过改变阻抗力来实现，在这种情况下，电阻起到的是它的阻抗匹配作用。</p><p>六、电阻的作用四--滤波</p><p>在电阻与电容串联组成的RC充放电电路中，起初开关S连接B点，如下图所示，电容器C上没有电荷,其两端的电压为零，之后将开关S置于A点，此时电源通过电阻R开始向电容器充电，当电容器两端电荷增大至电路平衡时，电源不再向电容器充电，之后将开关S置于B点，电容器开始放电，其两端电荷逐渐减少，减少至零时不再放电，再将开关S置于A点，开始充电……在这个充电放电的无限循环中，我们将电阻R起到的作用称为滤波作用。</p><p>扩展阅读</p><p>电阻的作用--零欧姆电阻</p><p>在固定电阻中还有一类比较特殊的电阻，就是零欧姆电阻。有的童鞋可能会不理解，“没有阻值的电阻有什么用呀，完全就是浪费元件嘛。”理论上可能是这样的，但是在实际的生产生活中，零欧姆电阻还是有它自己的生产价值的。接下来就让小编为大家介绍一下零欧姆电阻的价值所在。</p><p>零欧姆电阻的使用较多时候都是出于EMC对策的需要，但是也不乏一下几种原因：零欧姆电阻可以方便布线;可以使我们在PCB上的调试更加方便;方便测耗电流;还可以起到熔丝作用;可以代替跳线、拨码开关等焊接在板子上，以防用户乱动设置;可以在高频信号下，可以充当电感或电容使用;在电路参数不确定时，也可以先用零欧姆电阻代替，确定后再更改;可以用于在最短回流路径断裂时提供较小的回流路径，减小干扰;可以有效的限制环路电流，使噪声得到抑制;可以作为温度补偿器……零欧姆电阻竟然这么有用，小伙伴们有木有惊呆了呢~~</p><p>电阻的作用--可变电阻</p><p>可变电阻器也称电位器，指的是阻值可以变化的电阻，这种可变性决定了它存在的价值。例如在一些仪器仪表设备的模拟电路中，有时存在一些不确定的因素，这时就需要电位器的可变性来将其调节到最佳状态。还有一些设备的输出本身就是在不断变化的，这时也需要电位器来实现。</p><p>电阻的作用--特殊电阻</p><p>特殊电阻是用半导体材料制成的，其的阻值也是可以变化的，但是又与可变电阻不同，可变电阻的阻值可以通过人工来调节，而特殊电阻的阻值却取决于外界的环境条件。比如热敏电阻的阻值随温度升高而减小，应用在电路中，可以根据其阻值来判断温度，用做热传感器;光敏电阻的阻值在有光照时大大减小，在电路中可以用做光开关;压敏电阻的阻值随其两端电压大小的变化而变化，在电路中可以起到保护作用，保护电路不要因电压的起伏而受到损害。还有一种最特殊的电阻是超导体元件，它在导电的时候不会产生热量，制成计算机元件时不需要冷却系统，可以大大减少计算机的体积和能耗。</p><p>电阻的应用与发展</p><p>在上面小编介绍了电阻的四大作用：分压、分流、阻抗匹配和滤波， 零欧姆电阻、可变电阻、特殊电阻的作用，下面我们就来八一八电阻的这些作用在现实生活中的应用吧~</p><p>① 电阻的分流作用经常被用于各种各样的电路中，用于对电流进行分配;</p><p>② 电阻的分压作用经常被用于收音机和扩音机的音量调节电路、半导体管工作点的偏置电路及降压电路中，而且在USB转串口的线上面，经常使用两个电阻分压得到3.3V或2.8V的串口;</p><p>③ 电阻的滤波作用经常被用于积分电路、微分电路、去耦电路、定时电路等中;</p><p>④ 电阻的阻抗匹配作用经常被用于传输线上;</p><p>⑤ 热敏电阻可以被用作热传感器，光敏电阻可以被用作光开关</p><p><br/></p></div>

<div class="news_txt"><p>电感的结构：</p><p><br/></p><p>电感器一般由骨架、绕组、屏蔽罩、封装材料、磁心或铁心等组成。</p><p><br/></p><p>1、骨架 骨架泛指绕制线圈的支架。一些体积较大的固定式电感器或可调式电感器（如振荡线圈、阻流圈等），大多数是将漆包线（或纱包线）环绕在骨架上，再将磁心或铜心、铁心等装入骨架的内腔，以提高其电感量。骨架通常是采用塑料、胶木、陶瓷制成，根据实际需要可以制成不同的形状。小型电感器（例如色码电感器）一般不使用骨架，而是直接将漆包线绕在磁心上。空心电感器（也称脱胎线圈或空心线圈，多用于高频电路中）不用磁心、骨架和屏蔽罩等，而是先在模具上绕好后再脱去模具，并将线圈各圈之间拉开一定距离。</p><p><br/></p><p>2、绕组 绕组是指具有规定功能的一组线圈，它是电感器的基本组成部分。绕组有单层和多层之分。单层绕组又有密绕（绕制时导线一圈挨一圈）和间绕（绕制时每圈导线之间均隔一定的距离）两种形式；多层绕组有分层平绕、乱绕、蜂房式绕法等多种。</p><p><br/></p><p>3、磁心与磁棒 磁心与磁棒一般采用镍锌铁氧体（NX系列）或锰锌铁氧体（MX系列）等材料，它有“工”字形、柱形、帽形、“E”形、罐形等多种形状。</p><p><br/></p><p>4、铁心 铁心材料主要有硅钢片、坡莫合金等，其外形多为“E”型。</p><p><br/></p><p>5、屏蔽罩 为避免有些电感器在工作时产生的磁场影响其它电路及元器件正常工作，就为其增加了金属屏幕罩（例如半导体收音机的振荡线圈等）。采用屏蔽罩的电感器，会增加线圈的损耗，使Q值降低。</p><p><br/></p><p>6、封装材料 有些电感器（如色码电感器、色环电感器等）绕制好后，用封装材料将线圈和磁心等密封起来。封装材料采用塑料或环氧树脂等。</p><p><br/></p><p>电感是导线内通过交流电流时，在导线的内部周围产生交变磁通，导线的磁通量与生产此磁通的电流之比。当电感中通过直流电流时，其周围只呈现固定的磁力线，不随时间而变化；可是当在线圈中通过交流电流时，其周围将呈现出随时间而变化的磁力线。根据法拉第电磁感应定律—磁生电来分析，变化的磁力线在线圈两端会产生感应电势，此感应电势相当于一个“新电源”。</p><p><br/></p><p>总之，当电感线圈接到交流电源上时，线圈内部的磁力线将随电流的交变而时刻在变化着，致使线圈产生电磁感应。这种因线圈本身电流的变化而产生的电动势，称为“自感电动势”。由此可见，电感量只是一个与线圈的圈数、大小形状和介质有关的一个参量，它是电感线圈惯性的量度而与外加电流无关。</p><p><br/></p></div>

<dd><p> 线绕电阻是固定电阻的一种。线绕电阻器是用电阻丝绕在绝缘骨架上构成的。电阻丝一般采用具有一定电阻率的镍铬、锰铜等合金制成。绝缘骨架是由陶瓷、塑料、涂覆绝缘层的金属等材料制成管形、扁形等各种形状。电阻丝在骨架上根据需要可以绕制一层，也可绕制多层，或采用无感绕法等。绕线电阻主要适用于精密仪表、电讯仪器、电子设备等交直流电路中作分压、降压、分流及负载电阻用。</p><p> 结构</p><p> 线绕电阻是固定电阻的一种。它的电路符号与普通电阻相同。它的最里层是一玻璃纤维芯柱，在芯柱上绕有电阻丝。电阻的两根端线与焊脚引线在内部压接在一起，外层用绝缘封装填料将其密封。</p><p> 特点</p><p> （1）电阻丝选用康铜、锰铜、镍铬等合金材料制成，具有很好的稳定性和过负载能力。</p><p> （2）电阻丝同焊脚引线之间采用压接方式，应用时如负载出现短路现象，可迅速在压接处熔断，保护电路。</p><p> （3）由于采用工业高频电子陶瓷外壳和矿质材料包封，具有优良的绝缘性能，电阻可达100MΩ以上，且散热好，功率大。</p><p> （4）电阻丝被严密包封于陶瓷电阻体内部，具有优良的阻燃、防爆特性。</p><p> 线绕电阻的检测方法与代换</p><p> 检测线绕电阻的方法及注意事项与检测普通固定电阻完全相同。线绕电阻一般都工作在大电流状态下，因此损坏率相对较高。当其烧断损坏后，如无原配型号电阻代换，可根据电路要求，采用下面方法应急代换：</p><p> （1）对于已断路的大功率小阻值线绕电阻，可刮去表面绝缘层，露出电阻丝，找到断点。将断点的电阻丝退后一匝绞合拧紧即可。</p><p> （2）用电阻丝应急代换。电阻丝面以从旧线绕电位器或线绕电阻器上拆下。用万用表量取一段阻值与原电阻相同的电阻丝，并将其缠绕在原电阻器上，电阻丝两端分别焊在原电阻的两端后，装入电路即可。</p><p> （3）当损坏的线绕电阻阻值较大时，可采用内热式电烙铁芯代换，如阻值不符合电路要求，可采用将电烙铁芯串、并联方法解决。只要阻值相近即可，不会影响电路的正常工作。</p><p><br/></p></dd>

<dd><p>保险丝的电阻要大的原因如下：</p><p>当制作保险丝的材料及其形状确定了，其电阻R就相对确定了（若不考虑它的电阻温度系数）。当电流流过它时，它就会发热，随着时间的增加其发热量也在增加。电流与电阻的大小确定了产生热量的速度，保险丝的构造与其安装的状况确定了热量耗散的速度，若产生热量的速度小于热量耗散的速度时，保险丝是不会熔断的。若产生热量的速度等于热量耗散的速度时，在相当长的时间内它也不会熔断。若产生热量的速度大于热量耗散的速度时，那么产生的热量就会越来越多。又因为它有一定比热及质量，其热量的增加就表现在温度的升高上，当温度升高到保险丝的熔点以上时保险丝就发生了熔断。这就是保险丝R要大的原因。。</p><p>保险丝：保险丝(fuse)也被称为电流保险丝，IEC127标准将它定义为"熔断体（fuse-link)"。其主要是起过载保护作用。</p><p>当电路发生故障或异常时，伴随着电流不断升高，并且升</p><p>高的电流有可能损坏电路中的某些重要器件或贵重器件，也有可能烧毁电路甚至造成火灾。若电路中正确地安置了保险丝，那么，保险丝就会在电流异常升高到一定的高度和热度的时候，自身熔断切断电流，从而起到保护电路安全运行的作用。</p><p><br/></p></dd>
