<p>AirlineRatings.com已公布2019年全球前十大航空公司和航空公司卓越奖。</p>
<p>排在首位的是新加坡航空公司（Singapore Airlines），其次是新西兰航空公司（Air New Zealand），澳洲航空公司（Qantas），卡塔尔航空公司（Qatar Airways），维珍澳大利亚航空公司（Virgin Australia），阿联酋航空公司（Emirates），全日空航空公司（All Nippon Airways），长荣航空公司（EVA Air），国泰航空公司（Cathay Pacific Airways）和日本航空公司（Japan Airlines）。</p>
<p>要进入前十名，航空公司必须达到七星安全评级，并在乘客舒适度方面展现出卓越的创新性。</p>
<p>经过两年的评估，AirlineRatings.com开发了独特的七星评级系统。</p>
<p>AirlineRatings.com的编辑拥有200多年的行业经验，他们追踪每个主要竞争公司一致的服务水准，创新性和员工敬业度。</p>
<p>其他标准包括机队年龄，乘客评论，盈利能力和投资评级。</p>
<p>五次赢得首位的新西兰航空公司（Air New Zealand）被去年排名位于第三名的新加坡航空公司（Singapore Airlines）击败，跌至第二位。</p>
<p>新加坡首次因其在机上服务方面的市场领导地位而受到表彰，增添了A350和787-10等新型飞机，更换了新的内饰，强化了飞行操作安全并增设了新加坡至纽约的直飞航线。</p>
<p>排名前10位的新晋者是卡塔尔航空排名第四，阿联酋航空排名第六，长荣航空排名第八。</p>
<p>不幸被挤出前十名单的是大韩航空（Korean Air），阿提哈德航空（Etihad Airways）和维珍大西洋航空（Virgin Atlantic）。</p>
<p>今年的前十名重新洗牌，澳洲航空从第二名升至第三名，维珍澳大利亚航空公司从第四名降至第五名。</p>
<p>全日空航空公司稳居第七名，国泰航空和日本航空公司在第九和第十名的位置保持不变。</p>
<p>评判团队表示，“无论这些航空公司是世界上最好的还是排名第一或第十，他们是航空业的精英，是评判所有其他人的基准。”</p>
