<p>My belief is <em>&quot;Success creates Fun&quot;</em>, not the other way around.</p>
<p>With more than 30 years of experience in Internet and High-tech industries as a founder, manager and investor, I continue to be active in the &quot;Internet scene&quot; including as CEO of Pixum, which I’m leading to growth for the 22nd year in a row.</p>
<p>I also believe that with trust, transparency and the will to win one can  build a strong corporate culture and with this the platform for long term success.
For me the “E” in <strong>CEO</strong> has developed from &quot;<strong>E</strong>verything&quot; via &quot;<strong>E</strong>ntertainment&quot; or &quot;<strong>E</strong>spresso&quot; to &quot;<strong>E</strong>nabler&quot; and finally &quot;<strong>E</strong>xecutive&quot; and if needed I’m still the one who fixes the dishwasher during lunch break.</p>
<p>I spend quite some time traveling with my family, gardening, or I race some laps on the Nordschleife. I was born in 1963, I’m married, father of 3 children and most of my time I live in Cologne.</p>
